A plain, non-exclusive licence. You keep your copyright and your royalties.
Global Scholar Press — Non-Exclusive Publishing Agreement
This summary states the key terms; the full agreement is sent to your email and saved to your account.
1. Your rights. You retain all copyright in your work and in the English edition we produce. You may publish the work, including the English edition, anywhere else — this licence is non-exclusive.
2. The licence. You grant Global Scholar Press a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to translate or adapt, produce, print, and distribute the work under the Global Scholar Press imprint with a registered ISBN.
3. Fees & royalties. You pay one flat fee. We take no share of royalties: 100% of royalties received from retailers are remitted to you, by PayPal, quarterly, once your balance reaches US$25 (smaller balances roll over).
4. Your warranties. You confirm the work is yours, is original, and does not infringe the rights of others, and that you have authority to grant this licence.
5. Approval & termination. Nothing is published without your proof approval. Either party may end distribution with notice; on termination we withdraw the title from stores.
