Publishing is full of hidden steps — file conversions, metadata, categories, ISBNs, store onboarding. We absorb all of it. You stay focused on the scholarship; we turn it into a book that's live and earning.
Start your bookRegister, choose your track, upload your book or materials, fill in a short metadata form, and e-sign our non-exclusive agreement. No payment yet.
Our team reviews your materials and sends a proposed outline for your book. You review it in your account — this is your chance to shape the direction.
Happy with the outline? Approve it and pay the flat fee. That's the only charge — and you don't pay a cent until you've seen the plan for your book.
We translate or write, edit, illustrate, design a cover, and format your book for publication — then send you a proof.
Review your proof and approve it. On approval we publish under the Global Scholar Press imprint with a registered ISBN, to 400+ stores and libraries worldwide.
Live store links appear in your account. Royalties accrue per book and we pay them out quarterly — and you can order printed author copies any time.

Included with every book
The honest part
Our only charge is the upfront fee — $200 to translate, $300 to create. We take no cut of your sales. Royalties the stores pay are collected under our imprint and remitted to you by PayPal each quarter (once your balance reaches $25; smaller balances roll over).
