Everything from manuscript to live book: translation or authoring, editing, a designed cover, a registered ISBN, eBook and print setup, and distribution to 400+ stores and libraries. The $200 / $300 fee is the only thing we charge — we take no share of your royalties.

You do — completely. You retain full copyright to your work and the English edition. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to produce and distribute the book under the Global Scholar Press imprint, which means you're also free to publish it elsewhere yourself if you wish.

Stores pay royalties on sales into our imprint account. We pass 100% of those royalties to you. Payments are made by PayPal each quarter, once your accumulated balance reaches $25 — anything below that simply rolls over to the next quarter. You'll see per-book earnings and statements in your dashboard.

Translate & Publish ($200) is for a finished book in another language — we render it into publishable English. Create & Publish ($300) is for raw materials, notes, papers or a partial draft — we structure and write a complete new book from them, including figures.

We translate from most major world languages — tell us the source language in the intake form. You can upload Word (.docx), PDF, LaTeX, plain text, Markdown, or even clear scans and photos of printed or handwritten material. Multiple files are fine.

Most books are ready for your proof review within a few weeks, depending on length and complexity. You'll see live progress in your dashboard at every stage, and a rush option is available if you're on a deadline.

Yes. Nothing is published until you approve the proof. The flat fee includes up to two revision rounds, and you can discuss anything with our team in the per-book Q&A thread. Further rounds are available as a small add-on.

Absolutely. Once your book is live you can order printed author copies from your dashboard at print cost plus shipping — we add no markup. Reorder whenever you need more for conferences, courses, or gifts.

You pay the flat fee securely by card at checkout when you submit. We'll provide a proper invoice you can keep for your records or grant reimbursement. Royalty payouts to you are made via PayPal.

Original scholarly and non-fiction work that you have the rights to publish — monographs, textbooks, research, essays, memoirs and professional books. By submitting, you confirm the work is yours and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We can't publish plagiarised, unlawful, or purely promotional content.
